# How to check the transfer status of digital assets on the block

When you deposit and withdraw digital currency on a daily basis, you may encounter a situation where the recharged digital assets do not arrive in your account. In this case, you need to find the transfer ID (TxID) of the deposit/withdrawal, and you can view the transfer correspondence on the block. state.

For example, if you deposit or withdraw digital assets through the CoinHome platform, you can log in to the CoinHome App, click \[Balance] - \[deposit/withdrawal], find the record of the asset, and click to copy \[TxID] .

Depending on the network selected when transferring, choose a different blockchain browser to enter the query.

For example: if you are transferring money through the Ethereum (ERC20) network, you enter a browser that supports Ethereum block query to query the corresponding assets; if you are transferring money via BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), you Enter the BscScan browser and check the corresponding asset transfer status.

The following takes several common block transfer statuses as examples to illustrate.

### **1.Check the transfer status of Ethereum Network (ERC20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)**

*Note: Because the status of deposits and withdrawals displayed in Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain (BSC) blocks are similar, the following cases can be used as a reference for the two block networks to query the corresponding transfer status.*

1.1 "**Fail**" is displayed in "**Status**", indicating that the transfer was unsuccessful. At this time, you need to contact the sender or the platform where you withdraw the currency, that is, the source of the transfer, for further confirmation. The recipient or the platform of the destination address cannot process it. For example, when you transfer to CoinHome and find that the status on the block shows failure, please contact the source platform; and when you transfer assets from CoinHome and find that the transfer fails, you can contact CoinHome customer service for consultation.

1.2 The display of "**Dropped & Replaced**" in "**Status**" may mean that the pending transfer transaction has been replaced by another transaction with a higher transfer fee. At this time, the sender or the withdrawal platform needs to reissue and replace the new transfer ID (TxID). Please contact the sender/withdrawal platform to obtain a new TxID.

1.3 "**Success**" is displayed in "**Status**", indicating that the transfer has been successful. At this time, you can go to the account of the recipient/receipt platform to check whether the funds have been received. If you are recharging to CoinHome and you see "Success" on the block status, but the account has not yet been credited, you can contact online customer service to submit your UID and recharge screenshot.

### 2.Query the transfer status of Bitcoin network (Bitcoin network)

The transfer status of the Bitcoin block network shows the minimum number of confirmations required to be considered fully confirmed. If a BTC transfer requires more than 6 confirmations to complete, and it is currently packaged at No. 1, it means that your transfer has not been successful (note: the number of confirmations may change). If it has not been fully confirmed yet, please wait patiently.

### 3.Query the transfer status of TRON network block (TRC20)

In the Tron network block, if the status is "**Confirmed**" but the result is "**FAIL**", it means that the transfer has been completed, but the transfer failed. If this happens, please contact the sender/coin withdrawal platform.

If the query status is "**Confirmed**" and the result is "**SUCCESS**", it means the transfer has been successful. You can check whether the funds have arrived in the recipient/deposit target account.
