# What should I do if I withdraw money to the wrong address?

During the withdrawal operation, CoinHome will enter the automatic coin withdrawal sequence after you complete the security verification and click \[Submit], which cannot be aborted. If you fill in the wrong address, due to the anonymity of the blockchain address, CoinHome will not be able to find the recipient of your funds and therefore will not be able to provide you with further assistance.

**How to recover funds withdrawn to the wrong address?**

* If you mistakenly send an asset to the wrong address and you know the owner of that address, we recommend that you contact the owner directly to negotiate the recovery of your asset. 
* If your assets were sent to the wrong address on another platform, please contact that platform’s customer service team for assistance. 
* If you forget to fill in the note (Tag/Memo) when withdrawing money to the other party's platform, please contact the other party's platform and provide the transaction ID (TxID) and corresponding information you used to withdraw money on CoinHome to retrieve it.
