Deposit not received
Why has my deposit not arrived? Blockchain asset transfer is divided into three links: The other account - Block confirmation - CoinHome account.
If the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform has shown "Complete" or "Successful", it means that the transfer has been successfully remitted from the platform to the block, but it does not mean that the transfer has also been successfully posted on the receiving platform. . Depending on the characteristics of different blocks, each transfer in the block will take a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. The "number of confirmations" required for different blocks will also be different.
Depositing BTC requires 1 block confirmation to arrive.
After arrival, all assets in the account will be temporarily frozen. Withdrawals can be made after reaching 2 block confirmations.
Unpredictable block congestion often occurs in blocks due to too many transfers, thus affecting the timeliness of transfers. You can use the transfer ID (TxID) to query the status of the transfer in the block. If the recharge funds have not arrived, please follow the following steps to verify:
When the blockchain shows unconfirmed, or the number of block confirmations does not reach the number of account confirmations required by CoinHome, please wait patiently. Only after the blockchain is confirmed, CoinHome can post your account
When the blockchain shows that it has been confirmed, but the deposit funds have not yet arrived, you can submit the "deposit not arrived" situation to customer service.
What are block confirmations, and what is the minimum number of block confirmations required to unlock the digital currency I deposited?
Block confirmations refer to the network consensus required to verify the validity of transactions. Once verification is complete, the transaction will be included in a node on the blockchain.
When you top up your digital currency, the system submits it to the rest of the blockchain network for confirmation. Once the transaction reaches the minimum required number of confirmations specified by CoinHome, your deposit will be successfully credited. Please note that each digital currency has different minimum block confirmation requirements.
For example, the minimum number of network confirmations for BTC is 1, but for security reasons, CoinHome requires at least 2 network confirmations before your BTC deposit can be unlocked at CoinHome. FIL requires at least 60 network confirmations. In order to unlock the FIL you deposited on CoinHome, at least 910 network confirmations are required.
Block confirmation times vary and may take up to a few days to complete, so please be patient.
Please note that the recharge page will only display networks supported by CoinHome. You can check this via the Network Status page. If you top up via an unsupported network, your assets may be lost and irretrievable.
