Why hasn’t my withdrawal arrived?
Blockchain asset transfer is divided into three links: CoinHome payment - Block confirmation - other payment.
We will generate a TXID within 3-10 minutes, which means that the transfer processing on our platform has been completed and the coins have been transferred to the blockchain. Depending on the characteristics of different blocks, each transfer in the block will take a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the other party's receiving platform. The "number of confirmations" required for different blocks will also be different.
Depositing BTC requires 1 block confirmation to arrive.
After arrival, all assets in the account will be temporarily frozen. Withdrawals can be made after reaching 2 block confirmations.
Unpredictable block congestion often occurs in blocks due to too many transfers, thus affecting the timeliness of transfers. You can use the transfer ID (TxID) to query the status of the transfer in the block.
Notice:
If the blockchain shows that the transaction is not confirmed, please wait patiently until the confirmation process is completed.
If the blockchain shows that the confirmation is complete, if you still cannot receive the coins, but CoinHome has completed the transfer of coins and is no longer able to provide assistance, please contact the coin collection platform to transfer the coins to your account.
If you click on the withdrawal confirmation email, there may be a large delay due to block congestion. If there is still no TxID generated in the [Wallet History] of your account after 6 hours, please contact online customer service and attach a screenshot of the transfer in the "Withdrawal History". We will handle it as soon as possible. Tickets without screenshots will have a very low priority.
How to enter the block to check the progress of currency withdrawal?
Log in to the CoinHome App, click the [Balance]-[Withdraw] icon, and find the currency withdrawal record you want to query. If the blockchain shows "under review" or "pending review", please wait patiently for the blockchain to be confirmed.
